DX problem in battlefield 4

[Bad Sector]

when i play bf4 my game freez and give me this error :
directx function getdeviceremovedreason failed with dxgi_error_driver internal_error (the driver encountered a problem and was put into the devise remove state ) GPU Nvidia Geforce GTX 970

my system :
GTX 970 G1 Gaming 2-way SLI
core i7 5820k

All I can tell you is to contact EA. I just spent about 30 minutes reading various threads on the AE support forums, and never did even see an EA rep reply. And it was all for the same error you are experiencing. And this was from back in 2013....

If EA cannot be bothered to fix their bugs, I most certainly have no shot at it.

This used to be a fairly common error on BF4 after it was launched. My advice is to strip out the craphics drivers with DDU http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html then install the latest reference drivers from Nvidia.

This should take care of the error, if it still happens after, try running with SLI disabled, some games just do not perform well with multi-GPU setups.
