DX12 + GPU Upgrade

Current specs are:

  AMD A8-6600K APU with Radeon(tm) Graphics - QUAD CORE 3.9ghz (disabled Integrated Graphics)
  NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB
  8GB of RAM
  Windows 10 64 bit

2) Will the GPU above work with DX12?

3) I'm open to any recommendations on GPU's, but needs to be cheapish (like priced above) and around 4GB
