Dx79to motherboard not working

I was browsing internet when suddenly my pc shut down. Then it kept turning itself on and shutting down continuously until i unplugged it. Now when i turn it on my monitor, mouse, and keyboard do not work. The motherboard also does not POST. Fans and hard drive appear to work fine.

GTX 670
Intel DX79TO motherboard

Bump. I dont want to buy a new motherboard if this can be fixed
