Dxdiag eror, can't detect processor and motherboard (Win 10 64bit)

Hi there.

Can someone help me with this problem?
I don't understand why the dxdiag can't detect my hardwares.
Pls someone give me some solution.

System manufacture : n/a
System model : n/a
BIOS : n/a
Processors : n/a (4CPUs)

Motherboard MSI H81M-E33
Processor Intel I5 4460

If you can boot into OS without complications, try a repair install and then run dxdiag to see if the processor and motherboard are showing. Mind you, you'll also need to update your BIOS and download and install the latest device drivers from here prior to running dxdiag.
