Question DXGI Device Removed

Hey, guys! Thanks again for viewing.

I've been having the DXGI device removed error for a few days now. At one point I got a 5 beep code on startup. I assumed it was my psu because of a suggestion from a member here from a while back. Bought a 700w thermaltake on amazon and thought the problem was solved. I was able to game for 2 hours, then an hour after a break before it hung on me again. I tried rolling back drivers to AMD 17.1.1 with clean DDU install to no avail. Yesterday I upgraded from windows 7 to 10 to make sure I did it before the 14th, ran all the updates, and did a clean install to 17.1.1 again. Same problem has resurfaced. Knowing it's not the psu, what steps can I take to test my CPU and motherboard? Thanks for viewing!

Update: Managed to play a game for a few hours last night and this evening. However, my PC just locked up while playing Divinty OS 2 and I had to manually shut it down. I got the 5 beep code again. I'm at wits end with this PC, I just don't understand why so many problems, man.
