Question dxgi error device reset

I've been playing Anthem and streaming and lately, I've been getting this error. I have a ROG Strix Vega 56 8gb OC running on 19.3.2 and the same issue was on 19.3.1. Not sure what's causing it, or how to fix it.

I did uninstall the gpu drivers and reinstalled. Going to unplug/plug in the gpu in the morning.

Usually both monitors freeze, SLOBS crashes and anthem black screens so I have to alt-f4 out of it. Really frustrating.

Any help would be great. Thanks!

So far, only on anthem and only when streaming. I'll be playing and streaming apex later today, so if it happens again, I'll find out then.
