So this happened just now. The last time this happened was like 6 months back if I remember proper. What could be the reason? Latest nvidia drivers on 7 years old 970 GTX. Have no problems in gaming or such. PC uptime has been 7 hours, GPU temps were at about 55c. PC became unresponsive and I had to hard reboot. Watching live stream on Chrome. Specs in sig.

Specs;
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900x 4.5Ghz @1.28v Cooler: Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 ARGB Motherboard: Gigabyte B550M AC Wifi RAM: 16GB 3200 ddr4 GPU: Asus Strix 970 GTX Monitors: BenQ EX2170Q 27" 165hz Primary / BenQ 22" - LG 19" Secondaries Headphone/Mic: Samson SR850 + Q2U DAC: Focusrite Scarlett Solo Mouse: Razer Naga Trinity Storage: Samsung 980 NVMe 1TB SSD + (1+2TB) HDD Case: Flux DF700 PSU: Corsair RM1000x Interface: Elegato Stream Deck

Use GPU-Z to see what the memory shows for your discrete GPU. Does the GPU show up with an Error 43 in Device Manager?

The race is suspended, chances are there might not be a restart...yes I follow F1 as well ;)

If you mean the Device Status under right click box of the card, it just says "This Device is working properly".

Yeah shame I wish we could get something. Was waiting for Suzuka so long. :(

EDIT: GPU-Z
