Dying graphics card?

Hi everyone. Two nights ago I was playing BF4 when something weird happened. I got a little framerate error in the corner, even though I was running at 90-100 frames. Then my audio would cut completely silent in my headphones for 1-2 seconds, restore for half a second, then do it again. If I unplug my headphones it still does it, but rather buzzes. I thought it was BF4 until I tried watching videos on youtube. Same thing. I updated to latest Nvidia drivers, did a checkup with audio drivers, everything else, nothing. Could my graphics card be dying? Dust in the computer? Power supply? What could it be? I just wanna game normally.

CPU: i5 4430
GPU: GTX 660
RAM: 16 GB RAM
OS: Windows 10

It probably is, but before we judge that, let's answer some questions for me:

1. How old is your card?
2. Did you try cleaning it, and/or taking it out and re-seating it in the slot?
3. Do you have it overclocked and/or have custom settings? If so, try changing the card to default/stock settings and clock for now and see if it works then.

1. A little less than 2 years old. (March 15, 2014)
2. I will dust out my computer this weekend and see if that helps.
3. Nope. It came in the Gigabyte Windforce X2 OC edition. I guess I could clock it back, though.

Should I be investing a new card like a 970 anyways?

"Should I be investing a new card like a 970 anyways?" Probably, yes. It would be worth it. Or even just a R9 390 would suffice since it has more VRAM.
