Dying Light Framerate+ lag spike

Hello all, I have a quick question.

I just bought Dying Light, and I must say that its a pretty awesome game. However Im getting some huge lag spikes and I would like to know what you guys think about it. Im getting an average of 60FPS on max setting. Is this good for my GPU, I feel like it suppose to give more... Also, lag spikes are killing me, specially at the cinematics

Im using:

-EVGA gtx 780 sc acx
- i5 4670k
- normal HDD, no ssd
- 8GB vengeance, 1600Mhz

The game is in some serious need of optimization patching. Especially for AMD users. You're fortunate enough to be playing it on Intel and Nvidia hardware, but there has still been issues there as well. I can't even get a decent framerate on the lowest settings. Theres currently no real fixes for your issues unless you want to modify some game files, which would only make the game look worse. If its too annoying just wait for a patch, it should come. Eventually.....
