dying light freezing skeeping on the menu screen help

first time i installed dying light torrent reload version 3 days ago i played for 5 hrs gaming i got tired so i stopped playing the game then next day i want it to play it again i went to start the game it wouldnt auto save i downloaded different one so i uninstalled that version i installed new one i download 3 different repacks from different uploaders every time i start the game in the menu scrren it dose this weird freezing for second keepings doing that all time even when playing game i have asus gtx 780ti DCii oc i know its not the gpu for sure its played this game on 1080p over 60fps everything on plz help tom friends
