Question Dying light low performance on powerful laptop

All other games like witcher 3,horizon zero down etc run great on ultra but dying light for some reason have fps drops to 35 fps.I remember even with gtx 970 i was able to play in constant 60 frames without drops.now with rtx 2070 this is unacceptable.My temperatures are ok because i repasted with grizzly contactnaut and temperatures dont go over 80.(undervolted cpu too).My laptop is dell g7 7790 rtx 2070 max q,i7 9750h.16gbram,latest bios,latest drivers,and gpu setting to prefer nvidia gpu(because i have optimus)any ideas?

Did you ever find a solve for this? I have the same problem. I'm using a laptop with i7-10750h and RTX 2070 w/16GB ram. All other games run great! I have Dying Light on my desktop and it runs 100fps plus with 2k resolution. I've been searching for a solution and tried everything it seems like. Please let me know if you figure this out.
