Dying Power Supply?

My pc randomly shuts down while I'm gaming as well as when I'm web browsing. I get no BSOD; it just looks like the power cut off or something and the pc restarts on its own, prompting me to press f1 to restart. I have no idea what's causing this, especially since I'm pretty sure my overclock is stable. Could it be my PSU dying on me? I've had it for 4 years now and I heard that my PSU isn't good quality. I can hear a slight coil whine/buzz coming from it even at idle. My specs are as follows:

4770k OC to 4.1GHz
1070 Ti OC
1866 16GB G.Skill RAM
Corsair CX750

Its a good idea to replace it with a better unit from seasonic Focus G Lineup or if on a budget from Corsair CXM(white labeled semi modular).

So, when I disable my overclock on my CPU, the shutdown seems to disappear, but I still have the coil whine. Should I still get a new PSU (I would really prefer not to replace the PSU)?

That is probably just an unstable CPU overclock, not a PSU issue. Coil whine doesn’t harm your power supply. It’s up to you whether the noise is worth replacing.
