Hello,
Issit possible to swap out the stock mini pci card from this router and put in another one which supports n wireless? thanks.

All you can do is try -- but I suspect that the wireless router wasn't designed with user swap-outs in mind. I've tried putting the Broadcom wireless card from a Netgear router into a Dell laptop and it proved impossible -- in fact it caused other stuff to mess up.
