Dynamic Drives

I have Win2k Server installed. I have 2 hard drives setup as dynamic disks. I have 5gb out of each drive for system [-peep-], and then all the rest is a spanned volume. Would formatting the 2 system drives and re-installing Win2K Server mess up the Spanned drive?

Was using software via Windows Dynamic Drives ability. I am past this problem. I jsut wiped it all and started over, but someone on Anandtech told me while it was down being redone.
