Dynamic foreign disk problem

Yesterday, I upgraded my pc from 3rd generation to the i5 7400 with new mobo & processor, from win 7 to Windows 10. I have one ssd, two 1tb hdd. After upgrading the pc, now it shows one hdd 'dynamic foreign disk,. How will I get all data from that hdd?

Dynamic disks have to be imported after being transferred to another pc.
Open Disk Management, right-click on disk, choose import foreign disk.
