[/DynamicUpdate] was specified ISSUE when trying to download windows 10

I'm unable to download windows 10, because at the end of every installation(I've done 10 so far) this message pops up:
"an unknown command-line option [/DynamicUpdate] was specified"
I've been googling all day and i simply cannot find a way around this.

Anyone in here that can help?
My system is windows 8.1

I bought Windows 10 and was sent to this link: https://www.microsoft.com/da-dk/software-download/windows10
Now, this is in danish.

Is it the wrong tool i use? :/

Use that tool to download windows 10 installation iso file.
Then create USB installation media with rufus using downloaded iso file.
