First I want to say that ONLY this game is doing this, no other game I have played has done this and still no other game does this.

So let's start with a brief rundown of my system specs:

Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit
i5 2500K (OC'd to 4.2Ghz)
Radeon MSI R9 290 (latest 14.12 Omega drivers)
8GB 1600Mhz G.Skill
Corsair TX750 V2 (PSU)

These are some of the games I currently play in no particular order that have virtually no problems:

Alien isolation
FIFA 15
Skyrim (Heavily modded + ENB)
Fallout New Vegas (Heavily modded + ENB)
Dying Light
Arma 3
H1Z1
rFactor
Dragon Age Inquisition
Witcher 2
Resident Evil Remaster HD
Payday 2

And I could go on, but you get the idea.

So now about a week ago I got Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires on steam, haven't played one of these games in about a decade and I know it's only a ps3 port, but I thought a bit of dumb fun would be a laugh. So I play the game, seems to run perfectly fine as expected maxed out at 60fps, CPU and GPU are running only about 40% load each at the most intensive of times during gameplay (tis a ps3 port after all), yet randomly out of nowhere, my screen goes black with a loud buzzing sound. I cannot do anything except manually reset my PC, which it does, but then to get anything back I have to then power it off and on again, the PC boots up fine and booting to windows gives the usual windows did not shut down properly screen, but then goes on to load up windows fine.

This has happened many many times over the past weeks in this one game and only ever in actual gameplay (running around fighting stuff), never in the menus of which a few still use ingame graphics, all my other games still play fine. I've tried so many different things to remedy the situation, I've googled this subject like crazy, but I can't find anyone else with the same problem with this game. The only thing left I can think of is to roll back my graphics driver to an earlier version, but I really don't want to have to do that for just this one game when all my other games are still running sweet.

If I failed to specify something, please just ask and I will do my best to answer/explain.
