It is very a much a different game. There are new rulesets, wonders,
and units. You cannot possilby build all there is available to you.

Double Your Pleasure, maybe one of the most "Famous" mods for civ3
IIRC it's included with both PTW I think I know it's included in Civ3
Gold (which is how I bought civ3 and then added conquests)
