E 6750 core voltage on asus P5B

I set core voltage for my E6750 to 1.3125 but cpu-z and asus probe shows that it actually is 1.25.

it seems to run stable at 3.2 GHz but I'm curious why the real voltage is so low when I set it much higher. anyone had similar experiences??
