I have
RAM - 2gb DDR 2
Processor - Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 2.93Ghz
Mother Board - DG13PR
OS - Windows 7 Ultimate
Graphic card: Nvidia 8400 GS 512 MB

I want to upgrade my system to Core I5, What all do i need to do and How much would it Cost?

You will need a new motherboard and DDR3 RAM. I'd say about 150$ plus the CPU if you don't mind low end stuff. It's probably better for you to save 400 or 500 and buy half decent stuff including a better GPU
