E-ATX, but Maximus IV Extreme Z

Okay, so I currently have the mentioned motherboard in the title as well as a CM Hyper 212 EVO. I am looking around to see if I can get a fairly decent case that can fit both of these, as the Max IV Extreme-Z is not a "complete" E-ATX, it's 12x10.6 in. I have found the Rosewill gaming case, which is pretty good looking. The only problem is the reviews are saying that it is NOT E-ATX, yet it leaves me wondering if it's not E-ATX when it comes to a fully extended form rather than how ASUS did theirs. (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00AS03KX6/ref=dra_a_rv_hp_hn_it_P1400_1000?tag=dradisplay-20&ascsubtag=4a251a2ef9bbf4ccc35f97aba2c9cbda is the case)

Currently I am looking for something under $100, with clearance for my Hyper 212 EVO (my current case can't get the side on because of it right now) good airflow, actually allows cable management and doesn't look too much like... (I hate to be picky when asking but) a box, such as Fractal Design cases. Also if possible because I believe I have seen these also, but preferably no LED or a red one (or one that can turn off too which I would think any case can do).

My GPU is an MSI R9 270X, but there are no clearance issues with that in this case so I would not assume there to be any in the next (obviously only an assumption though, so I shall throw it out there :) )

Thank you so much in advance!!!
