E-atx vs atx

What is the difference between these two types of boards? like does one have more expansion slots, more slots for USBs, can use more ram; stuff like that.

12.5" x 12.5" for EATX and 12.5" x 9.5" for ATX. You generally will get an extra slot or two on EATX. Today you see EATX mostly used in servers while in the few cases that it is used in a desktop board the board will have like 3 PCI-E x16 slots.

Ah thank you for the speedy reply. I knew they were bigger just didn't know what was added so thank you and those extra slots would help me.
