Question E-CORES Lithography

Does anybody know the E-cores lithography from 12,13 and 14 gen? I only see posts and articles about P-cores lithography.
I want to know if E-cores size, and are compared to Zen 1, Zen 2 or Zen3 cores.

The whole compute part is made by intel on the same litho, it's just the architecture that is much more simpler making the cores very tiny.

This is probably the closest you will get to an answer, they tested all 8 e-cores and it was about the same as the 3300x which has 4 cores.
