E Disk at 100gb Even though I'm only using 300

So I was going to reinstall Black Ops III and then I noticed install was going to take 150gb from 190gb and I thought that can't be right so I went to check and my E Drive is at 190gb of space left. So I started going through the drive and was really confused because my steam folder is only using 300gb and then the only other folder that is using space is my system back up at 19gb. So how am I at 190gb left out of 1TB if that's all I'm using.

Install either WinDirStat or WizTree
Run as Administrator, selecting only the drive in question.
