Depends on your country. I recommend either antec, enermax, seasonic, or corsair. You can still get a dud, but these brands have more recommendations on hardware sites when tested under load. Google for a power program that gives you the wattage load based on your specs; haven't used one in awhile. This website may have it.

Why are you upgrading the power supply unit? Is it failing or providing insufficient power?
If you are purchasing a new discrete graphics card for this system please post its make and model. We need to know this to be able to provide the correct recommendation.
If you're not upgrading the graphics card please provide a list of the components currently installed in the chassis.

From just googling your model, it seems you have a regular tower so most graphics card should fit in the case along with most standard ATX psu's.
