E-Machines T3656 Won't Boot!

E Machines T3656 Won't Boot. I don't get anything but the fans running pretty loud No BIOS No signal to my monitor either I tried disconnecting then reconnecting the cables to no avail. Please help!

Have you tried to re-seat your RAM? If you have more then one stick of RAM remove one and try again and then swap the sticks and try again.
