Sure. Why not? In the past eMachines tech support has been just about nil, and
there never was an eMachines news group.

Also, try the Gateway web site on the off chance that Gateway might have spent a
few bucks to improve eMachines tech support info. But I doubt it. The new top
management at Gateway is from eMachines, and the web site is more likely to get
worse than to improve, IMHO. Pity, 'cause I would have to rate Gateway's web
site among the top three for name-brand tech support info, after Dell and IBM
(in a dead heat for first, once again, IMHO)... Ben Myers
