How do I make my default e-mail thru Verizon, I have Outlook Express (windows)

If Verizon is your ISP, it is part of your Account setup.

Verizon Yahoo:
Your default email application is the one that the Verizon Yahoo! Browser uses when you send email from a web page you are viewing with the browser.
To make Verizon Yahoo! Mail your default email application:
Click the "Email" category on the Yahoo! Browser Options window.
To make Verizon Yahoo! Mail your default email application, check the box under "Email Settings."
