Hello, I have an e-studio 18 printer. This printer was giving a toner error. I turn on the machine by holding down the red (clean / stop) button while the printer is off. It enters service mode. Here I press the up - left - down - right arrow keys in order and enter the setting mode (select the first one in the row) and press the OK button. I come across test mode A. While here, I was bypassing the toner problem by opening the toner cover, pressing the menu button while the cover was open and then closing the cover. Somehow, in this mode, I changed the language of my printer (Chinese, Korean) to a language I don't know which one it is. How can I make this Turkish or English? I will post a link to the image of my printer. There are no numeric keys on it. How can we provide a solution with the code in test mode? When this device is turned on, when I press the menu button, the device goes into test mode A, that is, I do not see a menu as written in the booklet. Therefore, we need to make a change with the code.

Look for the applicable user manual on Toshiba's website.

Have the printer's make, model, part number, and serial number information handy.

Do ensure that you are at Toshiba's website. Just because "Toshiba" is listed in the URL does not mean that the website is Toshiba.

There are a number of problem "manual" websites that will, for real or fake, trigger AV and other malware alerts.

Fake alerts simply to fool you into calling someone or download fixes that are actually malware.
