E3-1231V3 vs E31241V3

Other than difference in clock speeds are there any other differences between the 2 processors? Also is it worth 20 bucks to see a .1ghz increase? I am building a new rig and would like to use one of the 2 of these and just want to make sure my money is well spent. Would rather not waste 20 bucks on speeds that I will not notice. How much of a difference does that .1 give?

First its 100mhz, but no its not worth it save your money other then the speed they are the exact same

Ok, that brings me to a second question. Is it worth the extra $47 to incorporate the Integrated Graphics from the 1245V3? Would my money be better spent putting into a low end Discrete GPU?

Edited: was $37... realized it was actually $47 and my math was wrong.
