If you can adjust Voltage in BIOS then E7600 will go 3.8 GHz.

With 2 RAM slots and DDR2 4 GB is about the most you're going to get on that. 3GB can't be dual channel in 2 slots. Get to 4GB, and don't go above 1GB on the GPU. GTX750 can be found in 1GB. GT730 1GB DDR5 is much less powerful but at 720P...
