E4600 Bottlenecking 9800gtx performance?

What The Title Said. is my cpu to old? time to update and get a E8400?

Its just my opinion but I don't think its really bottlenecking that much (if at all) unless the game is really cpu intensive. At this time I don't think it is worth the upgrade unless your really unhappy with a particular programs performance. I would hold off and wait for something better but thats me. Overclocking might be a better idea.
