[SOLVED] E5 1603 v3 and rx570 bottleneck?

I currently have a Xeon e5 1603-v3 and a gtx 960 in my system, and I am planning to upgrade to an rx570. I would like to know if there are any chances of a bottleneck and if so, will a 1650-v3 also have this problem? (Also planning on upgrading)

I've used RX 480 without issue with my E3-1225v3 my CPU would reach 100% as my GPU which is balanced build in my opinon (Tested Crysis 3 max, and other games, like WoT HD and etc.)
I've felt no dips at all, only thing I've had is 16GB's of ram.

It will likely depend on the game. I suspect most would benefit from the added graphics performance of the RX 570, particularly if you turn graphics settings up, though some will probably have their frame rates limited by that CPU.
