E5200 on G31 Overclock

hey i have a E5200 cpu on a Gigabyte G31M-S2C mobo, iv tried using the easy tune program i got with the board to overclock but it just doesnt work, iv fiddled around on the bios too but overclocking was unsuccessful, could anyone please help?

Check out the Core2 Duo and Core2 Quad overclocking guide, its in the Overclocking section of the forum near the top (its a sticky). Once you've read through that try and think of some specific questions

Would also be useful if you could post up what type of RAM you have e.g. DDR2-667 or DDR2-800, and what you changed when trying to overclock.
