Well I've tried, and tried to overclock my computer and I've never successfully managed to get optimal settings while keeping things stable.
I'm sorta scared to overclock anything hard unless I have others to confirm that my settings aren't pushing it too far to cause damage. (can't afford to replace a computer)
Can anybody give me a ballpark area or any information at all on how well I can OC this motherboard, CPU, RAM or the whole setup in general? Thanks in advance

I've managed to successfully get it to a stable 3.4GHZ, but I had a horrible CPU/RAM cycle ratio. I also need some help on RAM overclocking, because "ALL" my RAM overclock attempts have resulted in post failures.

Hardware info:
E5200 (Arctic Freezer Pro 7)
G.SKILL PI Black 4GB (2 x 2GB)
Asus P5QL Pro

Well to give you ballpark area - Im yet to see an e5200 that wouldnt reach at least 3.6Ghz.

As for RAM OC, leave it till last or ditch the idea altogether as gains are minimal, if any at all. If i were you i would set the fsb:ram ratio to 1:1 and find highest possible CPU OC while keeping the Vcore(and temperatures) on reasonable level.
