E5200 settings

hi, just over clocked my rig and wondered if all looks ok to you guys

My spec is
Intel e5200 2.5
4 gigs of ddr2 6400

I have set my fsb to 240 = 3ghz
and my ram timings to 4-4-4-15 @2.1v

Cpuz

Core speed 3000mhz
240 fsb@12.5 multiplier
rated fsb 960 Mhz


dram frequency of 400mhz
fsb:dram is showing 3:5

does this look all in order?......i got the settings from another site for a e5200

i think my ram is ok

*its dual channel so 400 x 2 would be the 800 and correct yes?
