e5450 vs a6 5400k

I have both systems running and the E5450 modified on 775 board I'm planning to sell one which one would you recommend me to sell I'm not gaming right but I do a lot of multitasking and some video rendering.

You wont get much for these old chips. I would keep the Intel.

single core of a6 its faster? if I overclock the a6 could it be as fast single core to the e5450 ?

It would appear so, but for multithreaded apps, the e5450 will be better.
No idea now well a A6 will overclock.
Since you have both, why not test your work on each?
