E5800 to q9400 should i do it?

If i can upgrade from an e5800 to a q9400 for $50 should i do it? I do gaming at 1366x768 using either a gtx 650 or gtx 275 ( haven't decided which gpu i want to stick with yet )

for fifty bucks that would be a huge upgrade....

I run a q6600 @ 3Ghz with a GTX-260 clocked ina back up and that is still capable of playing most new titles at high settings @ 720 res. 650 is good too plus way less power draw

Unless you can spend $200+ then yes its great.
