Question E59670 Power Supply Board

Here I have this board (E59670) it was in an old monitor I have, it already noticed a swollen capacitor and I am going to replace it, but I also noticed that there is a part of the board that is kinda darker than the whole board, what is it?

Since the darkening is possibly "above" the large silver heat sink (depending on the installation orientation) could just be heat discoloration.

I agree it looks like heat discoloration, but I doubt it's from the heatsink below because of its location. I see jumpers, so it's likely a single layer PCB. Is there anything on the reverse of the PCB in that area?
