E6400 core temp???

Using core temp, i'm getting 44C in idle.(cpu oced to 2.7ghz from 2.13ghz) Now, i'm not sure about the temp in load since i don't have a tool that records the temp. But, when i switched to desktop while playing 3D games, the temp from core temp was like 45C ...

I found this a bit odd ... just 1 degree difference between idle and load??? i'm using thermaltake big typhoon.

that sounds about right on such a huge HSF, don't worry, your fan controller is most likely minimizing the difference.
