E6600's when to pull the trigger ?

I heard there was a 3gig version coming out this year. I was hoping that the 6600 would drop a bit, or even the 6600 quad, I can wait until mid january, but when would the best time to pull the trigger on the purchase be. I'm still waiting to see the i650 mobo's out also, does anyone know when they will hit the store in force ?

As for the processor, if u wait for the 3ghz version - then by that time if you wait a little longer the 3.4 ghz version will be available only a few months after that - and so on and so on.

Buy whatever is in your budget when you need it.
