E8200 WIth Asus 8600GTS

This is my PC SPECS:

Intel C2D E8200
2GB RAM 800mhz
ASUS EN 8600GTS

My graphic card 8600gts is running at GPU clock of 675 MHZ Memmory of 1008MHZ Shader speed of 1450mhz with a fans speed of 30% its the default settings.

With this configuration I get an avarage of 40+ FPS in NFS undercover 1024x768 ALL MAXED with 4AA and a temperature of 60-64 grade.

Someone can recomand me a good and safe overclock.

I don't think anyone is going to recommend a overclock, for two reasons:

1. No overclock will be the same, your best bet is to look up the "How to" guide on overclocking Core 2 Duo's and Quads. Here @ tomshardware.

2. you failed to mention your motherboard, obviously this is a essential part for Overclocking.

My advice too you is be careful and watch those temps like a hawk 😀

Well you could use Rivatuner to overclock your card, Its free and quite simple.

Be sure to use something like furmark to test for max tempurates and also artifacts.

Just like Fatal suggested, there is no such thing as ready "good and safe overclock" recipe. But theres google, and if you type 8600gts overclock in it, it returns a whole bunch of results that include many GUIDES.
