E8500 overclocking with P5QL PRO

Hi, I have just started overclocking, but cannot understand how to raise the multiplier. Also, is a 4ghz overclock possible with a Zalman 9500 AT?

E8500 multiplier will only go to 9.5.

my e8500 is at 4.0GHz with 9.0*445 or something like that. you cooler looks fine.
