E8500 vcore

hello guys i am trying to overclock my e8500 on my asrock g31 motherboard my cpu vcore is set on 1.2v i am trying yo increase it on OC but it won't change still 1.2v even when i put it on 1.5v the hardware monitor show it 1.2v but when i change dram or nb voltage it work with them anyone know the reason ?

bios update will most likey fix your problem

i have updated the latest version i can overclock and increase voltage of anything except vcore voltage 🙁

i need more details there are like 6 g31 mobos from asrock

when you apply the vcore change does it reboot twice before loading windows or just once?, also when you load into the bios after applying the settings is it back at the default 1.2?

i was overclocking on the asrock OC tuner the software
but i tried also increasing from bios i changed the vcore from auto to 1.32v then i reboot it restart once and i enter bios to see the hardware monitor it still 1.2v
and the settings in chipset vcore are 1.32 v but not applied that's the prob

i just read your manual for your mobo and there isnt a option for the vcore so thats why it stays on 1.2.
