I just built my computer and I tried to play VR but it says that there is no usb 3.0 port. When I look in device manager it shows E_DEVICE_USB_SPEED_TOO_SLOW. I tried installing drivers but it still does not work. Does anyone know whats wrong?

Ryzen 5 3600

If you got it working using the older drivers and if fails with the newer ones, then I'd probably try to contact HP Support for the device and find out what the deal is. Let them know what version drivers the device is working on and what version driver it's not working on.

Of course, this assumes that HP still provides support for the headset.

I tried uninstalling and installing drivers, installing latest AMD chipset drivers. making sure it is enabled in the bios and reinstalling windows mixed reality software and drivers. I don't know whats wrong.

I am using the hp mixed reality headset. I tried reinstalling windows without keeping apps and setting and it worked but I think the newer HMD drivers are doing it. When i install older drivers it works fine but then when installing newer ones it does not work.

I have now tried a usb 3 card and a usb 3 hub and they both don't work. I gave up for a while but I tried again and it is still broken. Is there any usb 3 card or hub that works or should I just sell the vr headset.
