EA Origin help!

I have recently moved to a new home and the router/modem I have is from Comcast Xfinity. I am trying to login to my Origin account so I can play Battlefield 3 but I get a error message that says "The Origin network could not be reached please check your network and try again". I have reset my router and modem, opened the proper ports and even gone as far as doing a power reset for the modem/router. Still can't login, it says the same error everytime. I have contacted Comcast and they haven't been able to fix the issue. I can login to Steam and play MW3 and other games just fine but not with Origin.

I can't login to my MSN messenger or Windows Live Movie Maker either because of the same issue.

Can I get some help here? Like I said I have tried everything and I was able to login last week before I moved but now I can't. My clan just got a BF3 server and I can't play on it since Origin can't login to its server!

likely to be your firewall or router port settings.
if your using ms firewall then make sure you have giving the files the correct exemptions.

try disabling ur firewall for a short time to see if it works then..

Nope disabled both the ms firewall and the router's firewall and still can't connect!

I got it working! My previous IP address was still registered on my pc so all I had to do was reset it. Works now!
