EA store on cyber monday..

Anybody buy anything at the EA store on cyber monday? They had BF3 for $30, so i bought that. I chose the physical copy. On their website it says I will not be charged until my order has been shipped, but I was charged monday and NO order is showing up in there Orders&Billing section of my account. WTF is going on do they even know how to create a website that works? I think EA store just stole from me. DO NOT buy from store.origin.com EVER. It is a scam they have loopholes in their website designed to steal your money under the guise of a broken website.

I bought 2 copies of BF3 for xbox for my friends, order shows up but hasnt shipped yet I dont think. Seems to be working fine for me.

Tried customer support again, same result. They disconnect after 5 seconds while you are typing. Going to cancel my payment through my bank, since EA is acting like they never charged me. DO NOT SHOP AT STORE.ORIGIN.COM.

They sent me an email this morning that it shipped... they still don't have my order in my account information but at least they didn't steal from me. It's just a broken website and bad customer service after all, not thieves.
