Question EA6100-4A Wifi not working after internet outage in area

My Linksys EA6100-4A is no longer working with wifi after an internet outage in my area. Modem was displaying all the lights to show that it was giving and receiving from my ISP, but I still wasn't getting connection. I restarted the modem and that didn't fix it either. So I unplugged both the modem and the router, plugged in modem, then plugged in router, which caused my computer to pop-up with a "connect to network" button. Clicked to connect and so it connected to "network 3", not sure what it was before... so it may have created a new one. I thought all was fine since my desktop is connected directly into my router I figured it worked, but when i went to my laptop and my phone I noticed they weren't working. Clicking on the connect to option just loads then says "internet is not available". Not sure what happened.

Update: now only certain websites are being connected to on my desktop. Google and youtube work, as well as yahoo mail. Nothing else so far

Getting :ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Also none of my games are connecting, says there is no connection
