Hello, I have a problem, I switched from "Corsair Void Pro" headset to "Logitech G733".

The problem is that I don't feel comfortable in them, and after a while one of my ears starts to hurt.

I don't have big ears or a big head.

Is it normal that something like this occurs at the beginning when changing headphones?

Regards

Is clamping force too strong? link has a few ideas.

Or is it the sound is too bright?

I got a pair of Focal Bathys two weeks ago and they needed 70 hours or so of play to settle down. I was getting sore ears last week. Just turn volume down or listen to different music for a while, worked for me.

Are they the same sound signature? Not all headphones sound the same, some more bass, some more treble. I try to find a happy balance.

I was looking at a pair of Audeze Maxwell but they not as cheap as both the ones you showed. Probably more comfy, though a lot heavier. https://www.audeze.com/products/maxwell-wireless-gaming-headset

I'd recommend returning the Logitechs and getting something like the Philips X2HR and a ModMic, or if that's too much, these - PHILIPS Over The Ear Studio Headphones for Recording Open Back Gaming Headset with Microphone Studio Monitor Headphones for PC DJ Music Piano Guitar with Detachable Mic and Audio Jack SHP9600MB https://a.co/d/ccV3CJo

Vastly better sound quality and much more comfortable.

Yes this is a very common problem.
Any headphones that press against the ear lobe cut off circulation and cause great pain.
I know your pain.

A. Avoid any headphones that press against the ear lobes.

B. The best headphones cover the entire ear, like a cup. These are the most comfortable type.
The cup does not press against the ear lobe.

C. the best (over ear) affordable headphones that avoid ear pain right now are JBL.
JBL by far, is the best sounding budget minded ones available.

D. The best headphones are STAX.
But these are priced well over $1000.
If you can afford STAX headphones, it's worth it.

E. GO to your local Best Buy Store, (or stereo store) and try all the headphones before you buy them.
But I think you will find that JBL is the best choice for price, comfort and sound quality.
Only my opinion but I have experience.

Buy my ears touch the plastic inside. I think i need deeper pads.

It wasn't clear what your problem was, it is now.

Not sure if you can buy replacement earpads for that one.
looks like there are but not sure if they thicker - https://www.amazon.com.au/Replaceme...ed-High-Density-Durability/dp/B08T7MC5GM?th=1

As number 4 said, You need to go try them out in stores and find one with cups that are deep enough before buying them. I don't think I could find half the ones I look at locally but nice if you have the opportunity

Well, in general they are uncomfortable, they press hard, my ears touch the inside(first from left now from right).
After a while, my jaw seemed to hurt.
I have trouble finding a comfortable position.

I think i give it back. But in my city i don't have market where i can check so much headsets.

I was looking for a pair myself recently. I have no choices locally so had to go blind.

Need to find names of headsets with thick deep cups. the one @kira-faye mentioned look pretty deep
I know Audeze maxwell have thick pads but they not in same price bracket.

I see lots of results for big ears... um, no. One guy who was looking ended up with these - https://www.soundguys.com/sennheiser-game-one-review-22449/ - they are around same price as ones you have.

Have you looked at any of the new corsair ones now then? Perhaps there is something like what you had before -https://www.corsair.com/ww/en/c/gaming-headsets

I was going to suggest watching videos on the ones you find names of and see if they suit your needs. I spent 2 weeks watching reviews on headsets. Now my Youtube recommendations are all headphones.
