Question Earbud audio level dropped

My razer hammerhead usb-c anc audio has dropped drastically if I want to be able to hear anything clearly the audio needs to be at least 60% before that audio level was about 10% I'm using a razer phone 2 I have made sure it's properly plugged in restarted my phone unplugged it flipped the USB c plugged it back in I currently do not have access to any device compatible with the earbuds or any earbuds compatible with my phone the earbuds are about 2 3 weeks old the speakers in my phone are fine

It's best to check the earphones with other devices in the first place.

Better go wireless.
